How should I set up my artwork?
- Resolution: 300 DPI
- Maximum Standard Size: 18" W x 23" H
- Spot Colors: Ensure spot colors are swatched
- Proofing: You will receive an AutoCAD proof. A photo of the physical sample is available upon request
- Minimum Specifications: Avoid elements thinner than 0.25 points, as they may be problematic
- Design Clarity: Ensure all printing areas are clearly defined (e.g., black elements flattened on black)
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines
- Images: Ensure all linked images are embedded in the art file
Can you print with water-based or discharge inks?
Yes, but the quality largely depends on whether the fabric has been properly dyed for discharge printing.
Can you print on polyester and polyester blends?
Yes, though we recommend using a grey blocker to minimize dye migration. This requires an additional screen and includes an upcharge.
Do you offer oversized or all-over prints?
This isn’t our specialty. Our maximum print size is 18” wide x 22” high.
How many colors can you print in a design?
We can print up to 14 colors in a single design.
